  • Studio D was awarded the "GoGiver" award by Nampa Chamber
  • Studio D teachs classes in the community for all ages teens to adult- we give complimentary makeovers to certain prearranged guests
  • We judge and coach local teen and women in beauty pageants
  • Fundraisers and fashions shows for Domestic Violence shelter
  • Fashion show for Skyview "Rock the Runway" funds went to foodbank
  • Teach classes at local schools & churches on confidence and defining your image
  • Stylist have pooled money, food, personal items & food help displaced abused women and victims of housefires who are our clients
  • Gathered items to help with Christmas gift baskets for Nampa Domestic Violence Shelter
  • Help women going through cancer-locks of love/finding wigs/ cutting wigs/ how to tie scarfs to compliment their face shape
  • Involved in Mad Hatter wig and scarf collection - we help market and collect
  • We take place in community activities
  • We are involved in local chambers
  • Night of your life cancer fashion show - we did all the models hair & makeup
  • Stylist often donate their time going to homes of hospice patients - we also serve many of their family members by giving them complimentary services
  • We mentor many other local salons, sharing the training and methods we have learned through a program called KRS
  • We work with students re business from BSU
  • We work with and teach classes on image at NNU - we hold special events for the students there and participate in their community fair
  • We bring educators to Idaho from New York, San Francisco, Salt Lake, Washington DC to name a few, to help make education accessible and affordable to our staff and we always invite a few other stylist from other salons to participate
